GalCiv in Window mode?

In order to run GalCiv in a window 1) you must be running with a screen resolution higher than 1024x768 and 2) must be running in 16-bit color. At the dos prompt you can navigate to GalCiv's directory and type "galciv.exe w" (without quotes) to invoke windowed mode. You may also use the "w" option in galciv's shortcut. Putting a space and a "w" (again, no quotes) in the target text field outside the quoted path to the .exe worked on my system just now (I usually manually invoke the .exe from the command line when I play). Too bad my flatscreen monitor only allows a max resolution of 1024x768...

It can still run in "windowed mode," it's just that the window will be exactly the size of the screen. It makes Alt+Tab work more smoothly, but isn't good for much else.
