none of the animations that i do are working when i apply the skin. The user pane and more prog back dont work for my skin but they work for other skins. I have the frames set right and the enter and leave frames right but they still dont work. Why dont my animations work but the ones in other skins do?

Have you set the animation rate? (speed of the animation?)
I'm not really sure what it can be as I've never animated my self in SS.
ObjectDock - Access shortcuts and frequently used applications from an animated dock.

After the way you treated the fine skinners of this community in your last thread, I would'nt think they'd be chomping at the bit to help you. Since you said we're all the same here, you should already know what the talented skinners here know.

wow...fine np.....i guess ill just figure it out my self or ask a talented skinner personaly...ones that like my work...and if you knew alot about forums then you would know that your spamming since your comment has nothing to do with what i asked....and as far as i know everyone here is the same....no one is different or better then the one next to you or above you...a "name" next to yours dont mean anything....your just on a different level but you are still the same and have all the same rights as everyone else at this site....and i wouldnt say i treated them bad when they lied and never sent anything to nintendo...nintendo never visited my site....thats a lie....at least i never lied to anyone here....im more mature to know not to lie and play games...all i was doing was posting my work that i did and showing it off before i sold it...and i sent a email to nintendo asking them for permission and was waiting for a reply...when all you guys jump to conclusion and said i was selling it when the buy button never worked in the first place....and if we all werent the same then everyone here wouldnt be skinning or talking in the forums...everyone here or at least most of them talk or skin...just like everyone else...everyone has good ideas...just like everyone else...so i dont see why you would get mad that i said everyone was the same....me and you are the same...your just older then me...and your a girl....thats the only difference...the stuff i do you could do the same...the stuff you do i could do the same...just in our little own style...

You are intitled to your opinion. And I mine. I will not get into a debate with you. I am not spamming. You asked for help, and I just explained why you probably would'nt get much. And I am not mad. You're right about ONE thing. Everyone is equal as a human. Not everyone here is equal in Skinning knowledge or talent. You should learn to seperate the two. Develope some respect for your elders. And if nobody contacted Nintendo, then why are your Mario themes gone from your site? Please, dont answer. It would be a waste of both our time. Now, out of respect for myself and this web site I will not engage in anymore of this nonesense with you.

In regards to the animation...
suppose your "all programs" section is 190x30. Make your frames for the animation something like 188x30. In essence, make the frames of your animation just a tad smaller than the space in which it goes.
It worked for me on a blind once....

alright ill try that and see if it works...but i dont know cause other blinds have animation and they are the same size of the area it goes in

nope that didnt work either....the image 190 x 36 so i resized the area to 192 x 36...and nuthing happened

nvm i got it to work....i did wut phoon said...but before i was adjusting the width instead of the height...thats why it wasnt working. but now since i adjusted the height it works fine..thanks phoon!
