Need help with Metaverse!

Ok I've registered at this website (my alias and serial number) and I put in my same alias in the game after I won, along with my email and then I told it to submit..... then I get this message saying that it had an error or somthing like that. So I came here and typed in my exact alias and it said it couldn't find it!! (:( I need help please!

Okay, when you tried to submit your game, did you use Punk-Mentor as the "Alias"? That is the one you need to use. Also, make sure your email is correct.

Remember, you have to submit your games under Punk-Mentor but you will find yourself in the Metaverse under John Greenwood.

Oh ok I think I get it now, so when I win a game and tell it to submit Punk-Mentor is my alias, but if I search for my name in the metaverse I need to type in John Greenwood?
