help?

I have two problems:

1. I don't remember which e-mail i used to register GalCiv and can't updates through stardock.

2. I remember the e-mail i bought GalCiv AP with but the e-mail got erased and i can't register that on stardrock, which is the only place i can get that.

Please help me on how to fix either problem or both if you can.

Send an email to Stardock and include your registration number from your CD and ask them to replace what ever email you registered with with the one you want them to use. That should fix you up.

well, i just found out my AP code so i really don't need the GalCiv 1 orignal code right?

oh no, I can install galciv becuase i have the cd. I just wanted that to update it but since i have the AP code to update theough stardock, i think i don't need the update for stardock on galciv.

yea i do need it. is there any way to get it faster than e-mailing them cuase i think that would takes days (but i don't know how there e-mail service is) and what e-mail would i send them my question to.

Try sending to CariElf (carielf@stardock.com) or to Cari Begle (cbegle@stardock.com) both are the same. She is usually very promt in responding.
