WinCustomize Browser doesn't work!!!!

Hi

I renew my wincustomize subscription but I can't access the updates or libraries. I´ve already reinstall the wincustomize browser, reboot the computer, but still have the same problem. Keeps giving an error:"There was an error downloading the selected library, please try again". I can't even see the updates. Keeps telling there's nothing new!!!

Please help!!

You might have to use the web-site for a while. It has nothing to do with your subsription and I am sure the developers are working on fixing this problem as soon as possible. Just hang in there.

Its broke for accessing the libraries. SDC might be also. Stardock is working on it.

It was a configuration issue with our new server.  It has been corrected and the WC Browser should be working now.

I havent tried it yet... (goes and gets it)

As to the "not working" problem... I had a similar problem awhile back when I switched to a new firewall program. Maybe you can check that too if it's still not working.
