If you are using the registered version of WindowBlinds, there is a link to "Change Skin Color" on the right side of the WindowBlinds Configuration panel.

Just select the skin you want to change the color of, and then click the link - this will bring up another dialog box.

I am at work now, so I don't have the dialog to refer to right now, but there are two check boxes on the left side of the dialog labeled something like "Enable skin colorizing" and "force skin coloring even if not supported" or similar - just check these boxes and use the sliders to adjust the color. You should see the changes happen real time on the preview of the selected skin displayed in the WindowBlinds Configuration panel.

When you have adjusted the color to your liking, click the "Apply Changes" link and wait for WindowBlinds to apply.

I hope this helps.
