problem sumiting games, HELP!!

Hello, people of all Metaverse!
I am kind a new here! But, anyway, my problem is, Submiting games: i mean i've submited couple of games (about 8), and i went to check up on the them, if i got any medals or anything(check up on me)... I saw terrible thing...:sniff!: I saw nothing! Just rank:Citizen, my name, and reg. num!
Pls, anyone who understand whats going on, explain it!
Or maybe I am doing something wrong!

Did you enter BOTH the nickname (with the exact spelling) and email address you used when you initially registered your account?

Athilla, when looking at your profil, I don't see any registred player. And with no registred player, no medals :)

Ok, then maybe there is some another dodgy way how to regester?
What i've done, i went to create account, put my email adress; my nick; and verified that! Then i got mail from stardock! that i've opened an account, and bla bla bla! So? is there anything wrong?

This link http://www.galciv.com/playerreg.asp will allow you to register a player. And you must submit your games with the player you have registred.

As I see it, you have four games that are submitted. Once you have fully registered your player, you'll show up with a rank and everything.

And then the first thing you need to do is upgrade your version of the game!!! Scores of 32 and 237 are quite outdated now!

Hey i never knew that my game was OLD?! :)

Updating the Game, is that mean that i have to buy it or smth? Or can i download some staff from i-net?

You can download the latest version using either stardock central or the standalone version from the downloads page.

http://storage.stardock.com/files/stardockcentral130.exe

But your save games won't be compatible with the latest version so make sure that you finish all your current games and then delete the old save games.
