How can I change titles in themes ive downloaded?

Hi,
I have downloaded themes and applied them, which look great and work well. How can I make changes to the predefined titles in the pop out tag? eg. normally right click/rename. . .

While I'm at it, when using Theme manager, and clicking apply to load a full theme, nothing gets applied. It will download needed items, but nothing changes. Ideas ?

Hello from Texas,

I too would like to know how to set targets and rename certain items on the flyout menus. The only option available most of the time is "remove". Under the graphics menu for example, I do have Paintshop Pro on my machine but clicking on it does nothing however Photoshop works. ??

Also, how does one set the the item title to show up on icons. Some do and some don't?
