4.50d[b].003 and Per Application settings

No Window Border visible

Is it just me or does anyone else experience problems with 4.50d[b].003 and de Window Borders with Per Application Settings.
I set Outlook, Word, IExplorer to use an other skin (subskin), but with 4.50d[b].003 they Window orders do not skin and are not visible. I see no TitleBar at all.
Anyone?

yeah i get the same issue also i cant run yahoo messenger 6.0 without unloading windowblinds im running same as u

Just installed 4.50e[b].002. The problem is still there . I even found out that with the Per Application Settings set to use an other skin, the application is not Skinned at all. Titlebar not showing, no scrollbars, buttons etc. are skinned.
I need to reverd to 3.50a or c.
