Could not change the icon for acrobat 7.0

I just installed adobe acrobat 7.0 pro and I tried to change the file icon with iconpackager but could not succeed.
Anybody helps me?

I'm having the same issue. Wasn't a problem until the 7.0 upgrade. Anyone have any ideas? (Except for 'tards like SSOne)

I was able to change the icon for an executable by right clicking on it and choosing properties. There should be an "Icon" tab on the far right which you can use to change the icon to whatever you want.

The files in question are PDF. I know HOW to change icons, the problem is that it DOESN'T change.

ahh sorry, you did say file icon. That's a bit odd. Perhaps these files won't allow the icon to be changed? Proprietary formats and all?
