Unable to upload Screensavers and Dock icons

WinCustomize server is taking a screensaver or dock icon as a screenshot

WinCustomize server is taking a screensaver and dock icon as a screenshot. As I am uploading it, after the completion of upload it shows the massage "The Screenshot is using an invalid file format. Only .jpg files are allowed." But, I selected the library screensaver or dock icon and not screenshot. I don't know where to complain. Please help me.

Screenshot in this case, is referring to the "preview" image.

Sorry. Probably it was not WC server, but my browser who was creating trouble. Problem has been solved. So, ignore this item. Thank you Koasati. I always use jpeg file as preview. Till date I never did a mistake in uploading.
