Instead of just downloading the skin directly, try to right-click on the skin you want to download and "save as...". Save it in a directory of your choice and the file should download as a *.wba file.

Double-click on this file and the skin should install. If the file downloads as a *.zip file, unzip it and double-click on the *.wba file inside the zip.

ckrazy1,

If you are ending up with a ".zip" file, check out Koasati's opening in this thread Link

TDEJenkins,

Have you tried the "Install skin from web" option at the upper right side of the WB Configure panel?

Also, which skins are you having problems with?

I would be glad to test the downloads to my machine if you like.

If is a .zip, unzip then move folder to WindowBlinds folder open WB and see if it shows up. I have not had this problem for a long time but when I did this worked for me.

I always right click on the link and then click on "Save As".
If it is a zip file, after downloading just rename the .zip extension to .wba and then click on the renamed file to install it normally.
Works just fine that way.
