Yes. DesktopX scripting is a way to control your objects and do interesting stuff with them beyond the normal scope (for example, most weather widgets use a large amount of scripting to do their job). You can find out more about scripting by viewing the guide at the DesktopX resource page. Note that most online tutorials for VBScript (or JScript, if you choose to use that) will also be relevant.
