good icon plug-in / 3rd party program

I currently have a plug-in for photoshop that allows me to save to .ico files, but only in 192x192 pixels, and not a a great quality. I am curious what you guys use to save your .ico files. Im looking for one that can save to 256x256, with professional quality. If you guys know any good programs/plug-ins for photoshop, let me know please!!

Icon Developer, Click on the software tab at the top of the page. My suggestion is to go for the Object Desktop Package for @$40 US Gets you that and a whole lot more.
