I tried that with no luck... The one I'm trying is called Xanadu.

hey jtalboy. I just downloaded, installed and applied 'Xanadu' for you and it all works a treat.

Now, can you apply other skins? Is Xanadu the only one that doesn't work?
In that case. Go to your Windowblinds folder and delete the folder called 'Xanadu'. Then redownload 'Xanadu' (your file obviously got corrupted during download) and unzip the file. Double-click on the .wba file and it should install without problem.

If you have trouble applying other windowblinds as well (e.g. if you get the UIS-error every-time you are trying to apply a Windowblind), you will have to uninstall Windowblind (through Stardock Central if you have it, or through 'Add and REmove Programs'), reboot the computer and reinstall Windowblinds.

Try using only one post to identify a problem. It won't confuse the folks here.
