I bough Civilizations and Halo(for pc); I bought Halo because i've played on the xbox version some. I bought civilizations because of a good Computer Games review (great magazine), and because I play Stellar Frontier.
Well, so far, I love both. Halo is great, but Civilizations...I have fun sitting there and creating ultrastarbases, with huge influence bonuses, and having huge webs of alliances all against one poor AI. All I can say is, while Halo is great for the blow their head off action, I love Civilizations for influencing aliens and saying:
"Supersize it, alien scum! (And would you like fries with that?)"
