Logon Studio Problem

I need help with the logon studio! It somehow stopped workin.. If I open it and try to add a new logon its impossible.. I did erase all the old logons I had loaded before and now I cant get any new in:( I tried through LOAD, IMPORT, REFRESH, but still nothing.. I alsom uninstalled and reinstalled it but even this did not help:( Does anyone have same problems? Can anyone give an advice? I m sure I m usin the newest version of the program!

I have the same problem. If I want to make a logon, I have to download LOGONSTUDIO to a temp file, but create the logon before I close it out and reboot my computer. Otherwise I can't create. What I have in my files runs logons just fine, but will not let me make a new one. I have also tried unistalling, reinstalling, deleting skins, ...

so I think its the latest one.. Am I not right?

PS: Dragon-could U please explain the way U are now able to change your Logon now in a more detailed way? Thanxx:)

I go to the Logon page and click "download" to download the program. Instead of saving it, I click open. When it is finished installing and opens the program, I go ahead and create my logon. To be honest, I haven't worked dilegently on the problem yet, but I know that if I save Logon Studio, whenever I restart my computer, I am not able to create a new logon. Actually, I can create it, but if I try to apply it or save it, I get an error message. I'm at work now, but when I get home I will try to see what's up and see if I can't find a remedy for us. I'll let you know.

I think Logon Studio has a new server. They might be able to help.

I would use it but I can't seem to get it working in my email client.

Also, emailing the creator might help some. I'll admint I didn't want to because I am sure he get like a billion emails about the program and help.

Anyway, hope U ll find a new solution home to repair the program:)

The interesting thing is that the program was workin well before, only few weeks ago it stopped working in a normal way:( Really strange..

Yeah Dragon, U ll right:) I can prepare my own logon but impossible to load anyone that I downloaded:(

I had about 15 logon skins Ive dl'ed, then I was at your situation - new skins wouldnt open in LogonStudio.

It really helped and solved my problem!!!! Through the time I couldnt change it I already learned how to create my own one;) , but there s not enough time for it always:)))) So U have my full rizpekt and thanxx a lot!

PS: Maybe I ll put up the logon I ve made by my own on wincustomize.com now:))))
