Making Download of DesktopX Theme work

Is there any way to alter a downloaded DesktopX Theme so that the buttons point to my computer files rather than the files of the theme creator? Some of the buttons work that are common to XP but clicking on Graphics for instance gives me an error message. Also, some of the themes have external links to pages that I don't go to so is there anyway to change those links to something else?

Right Click the DX object in edit Mode, and Browse to Your Graphics Program
Or Change to Your Own Url's
Some Of the Shortcuts You Have to Change Yourself.
