War?

Following one of the Pro guides I'v been able to get furthur than before (sic) When I try to ask one of the AI empires to go to war with another, the option is not there, it only gives me the option to ask him to go to war with one of the minors, anybody knows why I cant ask them to go to war with another AI, ex. I wanted to ask the Drengins to attack the Arceans but no option for that. Anybody knows pls?

You can't bribe any to attack another if they have Friendly relations and above.

The relations scale goes from Neutral to Warm to Friendly to Close, IIRC.

Once the AIs start trading, their relationship improves quite a bit so if you want to stir up trouble, you better do it before they start hugging.
