HELP PLEASEE Windows Xp Accounts and ObjectDock v1.5 plus

Hi

Thanks in advance - I will try to explain this as best as I can. I have updated my objectDock and all works fine on My main XP account - however when I try and load it onto a second account on the same machine with all the same rights and use the same shortcut - everything freezes and I cannot use fly out menus and basically it is rendered useless. I also tried creating a new user account same thing happens - I then took off the software and tried reloading it onto the secondary account - still no joy. It will only work on the main XP account. I have the latest version of ObjectDock and am running wins XP without service pack 2. Please can someone shed some light on this???

Is your second account an ADMINISTRATOR account? If it isn't change it.

If this doesn't solve your problem try e-mailing Stardock Support with all details at "support@stardock.com".

ADMINISTRATOR accounts are the source of most virus/spyware problems Commercial software should always be able to run under non-admin accounts. Do not change your account to admin-account!

After you took off (I assume you meant uninstalled, not just deleted) the software, did you clear the cache? did you reboot?

It should install so as to be accessable to all users.
