Can't validate and cross reference Stardock/Wincustomize accounts

Hello-

I've been knocked down in my user level on Wincustomize for some reason. I've purchased tons of stuff from Stardock, but when I try to validate and cross reference the account so that I can get rid of ads, etc., it says it can't find the page. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
