WC2k5 - What Happened to Featured Skin Awards?

Frogboy said in the Features for WinCustomize V4 Suggestion Thread:

"So if you have a featured skin, you'll get a little 16x16 medal for that."

Okay... What happened to that? Where is the award for having featured skins?

Not a biggie, just wondering...
