go to www.joeuser.com there is an excellent tutorial on how to make a bootskin. All you need is a paint program to make the wallpaper and then its simple editing of the .ini file. It is way easier than you would think. I cant find the link to the tutorial right now but you should find it easy enough.

yeah go to those links and it will be there... i use mostly Photoshop 7 and notepad to mess around with them.

I initially draw it up in Photoshop in highres, then reduce the size and colour in Paintshop Pro.
only prob with doing it this way is that what is in photoshop and the end result in PSP can vary greatly.
