Ripping and what to do about it?

I have just become aware of yet another rip by ThemeXP of my wallpaper entitled "Black Widow."
I would like to know how to go about letting these people know that they have a rip of my wall posted and that I want the rip removed.
Can you please advise me on this matter?

LINK You can write to them with a link to both your original and the rip. Explain you are the Artist, and the dates on your upload should prove it. Then if you continue to have problems (but I don't think you will because they have been very understanding when I have dealt with them) contact one of us via e-mail.

I always forgets to make use of the smileys.

JM...the guys at themeXP are pretty good at removing rips when notified.

If you have any troubles give me a yell and I'll chase 'em up for you....
