Any WinDVD skin devel. kit, please?

Hi!

Thanks for reading my post. I'd like to do some skins for WinDVD. There is supposed to be a WinDVD Skin Developer Kit but I cannot find it anywhere (even with the publisher). The skin file has a .SK extension. Maybe i could create the skin with another app? Or maybe the kit is available somewhere? Could somebody kindly help me here, please?

Thank you for replying. I have found this web page too. I have even tried to contact all the skin-makers there. Unfortunately, the link to the kit does not work. You get redirected to an updated page and there is no mention of the kit
