Isn't there any skin MAC OS X that is complete.

Complete I mean is with the bar (with the start button).But the one very different from the Windows one, the one that stays in the middle down of the dekstop and that enlarges when the cursor pass over it.I need it.

That would be ObjectDock, and you can go to ObjectDock.com to download it. Plus, if you pay for it, you can get even more features than the real Mac dock will ever have.
