This used to be the coolest site around.....until you turned it into a "Money Making" machine. What a total waste. I have purchased subscriptions, software.....blah blah blah. I can promise you that you will not get another penny of my money. Get real and take all of these STUPID user level restrictions off of your site and you will make plenty of money........rule number one in business.......DON'T GET GREEDY ! It just makes you look stupid.

Then you should cross-reference your email addresses/account info. You're still a level 2 user, Stardock software purchases makes you a level 3, a WC subscription makes you level 4. But if you used a different email than the one you log in the site with, you have to do the cross-reference thing, otherwise, there's no way for the site to know. Level 3, and 4 users have no download caps. So, if you've truly spent all this money, calm down, and set things straight.

OK....what if you don't have the same email address that you used when you purchased something. My biggest problem with all of this crap is that it seems like a big shell game.

I recently changed my email address and it automatically changed the registration information. In your profile have you changed your email address? When I did that, I got a verification email that I responded to. Once you do that then try to cross reference. If it still does not work, then contact support.

If you don't have the same email address that you used to make your purchases, that certainly isn't Stardock's fault. But if you would send them a polite email to support@stardock.com, I'm sure they'll get things set right.
