Permission Question

Can I use a screenshot and copy of an msn messenger conversation as permission to upload a wallpaper? After this is answered please feel free to delete it. Thanks

BTW I have been experiencing tons of internal sever errors while tryin to view various pages today, any info on what could be causing this?

I am getting a slew of errors as well.

oh, and by the way. My girlfriend saves text messages all the time on her notepad. I am highly allergic to instant messaging so you will have to figure it out yourself. I have seen others use that as a form of permission before.

Unless I'm mistaken, t-man was doing some server maintenance/testing earlier and that would have been the cause of errors. Don't fret it, all sites need that from time to time. [devart is down right now, too - MORE updates ]

As far as permissions, I'm not really in any position to answer.

While we're talking about permissions, do I need to include a permission file if I'm using my own icons in a WB skin?

As long as the permission is clear...and for the project being submitted...and included with the upload...and notification is given that permission is included then it doesn't really matter what form it is in...

Ok , I've uploaded the walls with a screenshot of of conversation in my message history, thanks everyone! If that excerpt isn't enough, I can go up alittle bit and make another, which will have the same date and close to the same time, and will prove that the conversation was about the walpapers in question.
