Seeing how the custom colour support has come so far and now works flawlessly after proper tweaking, It seems like it might be time to go the next level, possibly custom colour gradients or patterns that can be forced on a skin? Does anyone know if this would be possible?

I think it would be really neat to be able to do that kind of thing to a windowblind...
Can you imagining taking a screenshot and being able to say that you recolored it to a blue and white fade?

Just a thought...

It's hardly likely to be able to systematically add gradients to a series of images....not when they are a mosaic of 'parts'.....where some stretch, some tile and some are multi-state....

I think it's a good idea but text issues would be enormous unless the user could adjust all the individual text properties. Before you know it you are back to recoloring a skin in skinstudio. Then it becomes too complicated. Color support is very simple right now as is.
