small taskbars?

how come most of the latest skins dont support small taskbar setting, if i set to small no icons show. just wondering .

It is the skinners choice whether to support that in their skin. Perhaps they feel they couldn't complement the style of their skin with that option. Either that or they just didn't feel like doing the work to support that option.
