Logon uploaded for more than a week, still in "waiting for approval" state

Did I miss something, or made a mistake?
I have updated a submitted logon on the 2nd day after being uploaded. Now it's waiting for approval for more than a week now.

Is it possible that it was rejected, just I don't recognize it?
It mustn't be that bad. Actually the logon is using on of Vlad's wallpapers, with his permission. Is that a problem, that I'm using the artwork of someone else?

Or is it normal, that it takes this much time untilit gets to the public libraries?

Depending what else is going on....right now the judging for the GUIOlympics, this long a wait is not unexpected

If it was rejected, it wouldn't still be waiting approval in your My Skins.
