STILL Doesn't Come Up Until

you go into Configuration First

Windows Version Number: Windows 11 24H2
App Version: all so far

I'm running the latest version, but it did it in the old versions too. The standard windows Alt-Tab comes up until I actually I go into the configuration screen (which already shows my desired configuration), close out of that, and then AltTabby takes over. Am I missing something. I've tried reinstalling, uninstalling rebooting and reinstalling, nothing seems to matter.
