I can't purchase Object Desktop[

Windows Version Number: Version 25H2 (OS build 26200.9547)

I have tried to purchase 'Object Desktop' on Chrome, MS Edge, and even on my android phone. None let me purchase this or add it to the shopping cart, It tries to because it buffers for a few seconds then does nothing!?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. From the console logs it looks like the cart session isn’t being saved correctly. A few things you can try:

  • Clear browser cache and cookies.

  • Test in incognito/private mode.

  • Temporarily disable adblockers or privacy extensions.

  • Try a different network (for example, mobile data instead of home Wi‑Fi).

  • In some regions, online purchases can be affected by geo‑location restrictions. If you suspect this might be the case, testing with a VPN connection (for example, set to US or Western Europe) can help confirm whether the issue is regional.

I tried all your suggestions before I raised the post (I consulted extensively with AI before logging the post).
FYI I managed to download the trial so I'm hoping when the trial has finished I'll be able to pay?

I don’t believe the trial period ending will resolve your issue, something else seems to be blocking it. Have you tried using a VPN service to see if that helps?

Alternatively, I recommend raising a support ticket using the link below. Please select the “Ask a Question” option and include all relevant details. Be sure to note down the ticket number for future reference.

Important: only submit one ticket. Creating multiple tickets will push your request to the back of the queue. Just send it once and wait, tickets are answered in the order they are received.

Ok. This is bizarre. Turning on a VPN in firefox and selecting UK - where I actually am seems to work.
To be clear. The VPN wasn't turned on previously.
