Error: Start11 Subscription expired

Hi there,

My system just restarted and now I'm getting an error message indicating my Start11 subscription is expired. I checked the website and my subscription is still valid until 2027. I entered the license key again, yet got the same error message. 

Please advise,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps, it is an account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
