Fixing my double user name issue.

I know that we talk about this in the past but I want to know if after many years maybe now we can fix it. In Wincustomize originally I was registered as "D. Arnaez" but after maybe a website update, I don't know... I was unable to login with that username and I create DArnaez... I remember that I asked for to blend two accounts in one but the answer was that the system doesn't allow it. Now, I want to continue uploading but as DArnaez... so basically I'm competing with myself... D. Arnaez is #1 in All time icon skinner... but DArnaez is so far on that list.
My question is, How can I be log in as D. Arnaez. Can you reset my password and tell me to what email the request will be send?

There was a serious crash of the Stardock servers back in March of 2025 and they had to be recreated from an off-site backup.
A lot of accounts were not able to be restored.

I suggest creating an Account Management support ticket.

Choose "Ask a question" and describe your problem.
Supply all the documentation you can. Maybe include the info in your post above.
Make note of your ticket number and don't resubmit as it will kick you to the back of the queue.
