How do i install a bootskin?

how do i install a bootskin... i have windows blinds and i dont know wut 2 do!!! plzzz help me.

download the bootskin program, there's a link for it at the top of the bootskin library page. once you've installed that program you should be able to use bootskins you've dl'd from the library
bootskin is a seperate program from windowblinds.
