From what I know, the maximum amount of transparency currently available from Start11v2's UI can be achieved as follows.

The slider can be reduced to a minimum of 11% solid in the app:

  • Start Menu -> Configure menu -> Customize menu visual appearance -> Adjust menu transparency effects:

As you may see from the image, this is quite transparent.  Not sure if/when a complete '0% solid' could be possible from the app.

Windows 11 Pro 26H1 28000.2269. At 11%, I can't make the Start menu fully transparent. The menu remains blurry. I'd like it to be fully transparent. The taskbar is fully transparent. As far as I remember, this worked in Windows 10. The Start menu and taskbar were transparent.
