Firewall issues

I Have been installing multiplicity all over my plant and everything has been working great up until this last set of computers I tried to link together.  it keeps telling me about the firewall on the secondary computer needs to be turned off (public/guest) and I confirmed it is off on both primary and secondary computer.  the only firewall turned on for the computers is the domain fire wire all.   we cannot turn off the domain firewire wall, and they are on 2 different domains.  so not really sure what the next step is.   also, what support am I paying for if I can't reach anyone one the phone?

so, I found out that we do not have a bridge between our 2 domains (Domain a and Domain b) so I can't does not talk between the computers.    if there is another way to use this system without talking over internet.  that would be great.  if not, how do I pull the license for future use. on another computer set up

Hello,
For account issues, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
