Game crashes

I've had the same issue today and also in my prior game. Today the game crashed starting turn 195, the last thing I saw was the Research Complete notice for Interstellar Resupply Doctrine. The crash is REPEATABLE and always crashes in the same place. I have the save for analysis, but I don't use Discord (My rarely used Discord id was hacked so I avoid Discord.) Also, the in-game crash reporter fails and issues a message that it "Can't open 'ms-gamingoverlay' " I play on a PC with mouse and keyboard so I turnoff all Xbox features and have disabled the four Xbox services.

In both games I was playing the Xendar. The prior game crashed about turn 70. For this game I'm on V3.3 with the Draver mod package v2.3.04. I always delete all prior mod folders and start mods and designs fresh each game. I use all Draver Bug Fix mods and several other select mods from the package. The game still crashes with Mods disabled and after running Verify Files.

Started another game as Iconians it crashed starting turn 21.   

I run Win 11 Pro v24H2. PC memory is 16GB and I was playing in a Medium map.
