Activation Code from Upgrading

Fences Upgrade

Recently paid for upgrade from Fences 3 to Fences 6. Program installed fine but I accidentally closed the product/activation key for Fences 6. When I go to My Downloads, I only see fences 3 even though I paid for the upgrade.  How do I get the activation key?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps you're having account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Product not received" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
