display problems after upgrading video card.

I upgraded my video card ((AMD Radeon RX 6200xt) to a NVIDIA Ge-force RTX5070.  Everything worked great like its suppose to with the old card. After upgrading the video card, the backgrounds (animated) are striped on the top 4 inches of the screen and the rest of the background is black. This is with both the desktop and screen saver. Are they any issues with the NVidia cards?

We believe this is due to a Nvidia driver quirk on some later models.

The VMR-9 option is most likely to avoid this issue.
