Login Issue

I created an account years ago with Stardock using an old email address as my username. My most recent Object Desktop purchase was under that account. I changed my current email address under account name when the old email address shut down but I was not able to change my username to the new email. Having recently purchased a new computer, I am trying to get back in to reload my software but the new 2FA sends the activation code to my defunct email, not my current email. I opened a second signin when my old email first closed and I can SEE my current subscription from there, but there are no links to download. Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
