Feature request: Detailed World map

Hello,

would it be possible to implement a detailed World map with a higher zoom level ? The current one doesn't have any indication of countries or cities. Just as an example I report some images of the map in Little Snitch and Little Snitch Mini (MacOS only). The connection lines aren't strictly necessary but could possibly be implemented only for active connections (green dots in Connection Explorer's World map).

It's possible yes but really what I want to do with the map is move to a proper SVG setup so that we can do more detailed outputs of the geographic region.

It's also important to know that the closer you zoom in, the less accurate the data representation will be...meaning, the data is accurate at a city level but not at a street level...it's an approximation based on known public data.

Hello and thank you all for considering my request. I think that the ability to zoom in the World map at city level would be optimal.  I'm not a expert on the matter but as far as I know the geolocation databases allow to pinpoint also Cities, as well as Countries and ASN. In my opinion a better World map wouldn't just be a cosmetic improvement but it would allows at-a-glance to identify the location of a connection's endpoint with the maximum precision possible.
