Individual Fence Height Rollups for Tab Groups

Lets say you create a tab group, with "Favorites" and "Utilities". "Favorites" will likely have many fewer items in the fence, so you would like the rollup to be much smaller, say 5x1. When you mouse over to "Utilities", though, you would like to be able to see all of the utilities in one place, which requires something like 5x4. Currently (as far as I can tell, there is no option to persist different rollup heights between tab groups, which would be nice to prevent both empty space for "Favorites" and scrolling/hidden icons for "Utilities".

Correct, yes at this time while it would be convenient in this specific case, this would create complications with other situations where this behavior would not be expected, and would create undefined behavior for what happens when the width is resized.

@Dr W - Fences Support Perhaps this could be a toggleable feature? And in regards to the horizontal resizing issue, this would just cause more or less icon "spill" (with the ability to scroll to see the spilled icons) if someone were to resize smaller or larger horizontally, respectively.

This again does get into auto-layout territory which adds a great deal of complexities, so I don't see us being able to do this quite as stated.

But will keep in mind some sort of general option for Tabs to store their contained Fence group heights independently as a global setting. 👍
