Groupy window resizes

Pop up forces groupes tabs to resize

from Stardock Forums

I use a French language spelling/grammar checking app, it opens a window when engaged, but this causes the maximized grouped tabs to all resize which I then have to reset to maximized. 

Are other users affected in the same way by pop-ups?  Is there a setting or method to always maintain my grouped apps size (maximized)?

Try adding that app to the blocked list.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried to exclude the spelling/grammar checking app from auto grouped? Something like my screenshot below.
