I AM TRYING TO DOWNLOAD THE SKIN OF K-TEK.

I GET THE MESSAGE THAT I AM OVER THE LIMIT

I PAY $9.95 AND TRY AGAIN

I STILL CANNOT DOWNLOAD IT.

 

I AM 86 AND HAVE BEEN A TECKIE SINCE I WAS 19 AND THIS SITE FRUSTRATES THE HECK OUT OF ME.

WHY CAN'T I GET THE KIN I WANT?  PLEASE HELP ME.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps you are having account issue. For account issue, it is best to raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Although Basj is most likely correct, it could also be a browser cache issue. Try deleting your browser cache and see if that makes a difference.
