not working on Dell XPS 13 Windows 11

when I drag one window over another, a thin black line - like the bottom of a window - shows on the upper edge of my XPS13 screen, and I can do nothing with it

I tried uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling, and rebooting. Same issue occurs. The product is doing nothing. I wouild like a refund if I can't get this thing workking.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need few more information.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Groupy version installed.
  3. Post a screenshot on your Manual Grouping by dray and drop. Something like my screenshot below.
  4. Post a video showing us your issue
