Hi Big Sky Cabinets,
I have Multiplicity 3 as I cannot use 4 because my second machine has to run Windows 7 so I can use Virtual PL 2007 for a DOS program.
I recently bought a new machine and made it the primary. I am trying to connect my old Windows 11 along whit the 7 machine, but Stardock won't let me connect more than one machine at a time when I paid for Pro. Stardock seems to think I can resolve this accounting issue here. They find it much easier to push it off of them and have me spend time looking for another resolve than just answering my account issue.
End of quote
To be clear: This software question is not an account issue, unless you are asking for a refund of an order, or other Stardock account related concern. In which case, we'll be more than happy to follow up through your support request ticket (reference: SSN-99488).
As for licensing, Secondary computers (KVM or Seamless) do not require activation - only Primary computers do. Therefore, your single license purchase of Multiplicity 3 should allow you to control any Multiplicity 3 Secondary PCs that the app is compatible with.
If, however, you are asking to KVM from the Secondary to another Secondary (as pictured below)...

... that would indeed require an additional license.
