Window Blind Enhanced Nightmare.

Ok. I have the free version of Window Blinds. Then today "Sat" I decide I want to purchase the Enhanced Version. So I ordered it online. I paid 20 dollars with a credit card. Since I Have paid I have only recieved one E-mail that had my recipt attached and A product ID #. So then I tried to e-mail stardocked sales, support, and tech. I only keep getting a reply to the link that tells me how to install the enhanced version. So my problem is this. I have read and understand that I have to be sent a Link to download the enhanced version that will come with a serial #. But why wont they send it. I have recieved no Serial # and no link to download enhanceed version. I even had stardock send me my previous products list that shows my previous orders with there serial #'s but no Window Blinds. But I paid for sure because I even got a recipt. Someone please sort this out for me. Im worthy...

Funny thing is I ordered the enhanced version becuse I like the window blind at the gui olympics so much. I want to change its colors.The name of it is G-Pod. Oh man I cant wait to have this working.

Could that really be. I mean You would think that it was computerized. The sending of the e-mails.
Does this mean my order is sitting on a desk and monday someone will look it up find out my serial # and send the stuff. Please tell me its cumputerized. Not some fat bum drinkin at work pushing the send button when he wants.Please tell me it works better than that.

I would expect the recipt sending to be computerised, but it's quite possible the payment authorisation requires human confirmation before the order is authorised....or, it could be that if it is automated that the payment authorisation service they use, or for your card in particular, is unavailable.

Csurfside.
When purchasing from Stardock with a credit card, you should receive an email containing a receipt of your transaction and the product information which contains
Your name.
Order Number.
Product Name.
Your email.
Serial Number. and
Download link.

Make sure you uninstall/Delete the free version before you download and install the full enhanced version to prevent conflicts and/or errors.
When installation of the full version begins, it will promp you to type the serial number. Copy and paste the serail# from the email.

You can always go to the Stardock site and get your serial number by earching thru the product's page and giving the imformation you used to purchase it (email, name, etc)

Go to https://www.stardock.com/support and in the form there put in the e-mail adress you registered Windowblinds with. If it's all been processed, that will send you an e-mail with the details you need.

Hippy and Apocalypse_67. I did what you huys said ofcourse. Did you bother to read my post. They ARE NOT SENDING the serial number nor download link.....I went to the site where you type in the e-mail. Ive done it several times. Again. i have a recipt. So i know I paid. When they send the e-mail. I have previous stardock info. Like cursorXP and Iconpackenger. But windowblinds serial # and download link arent being e-mailed to me. Ive e-mailed stardocked and a few others several times. Its killin me. Thanx for trying to help guys.

Yes our store is automated.  However there was a glitch in the system that prevented your order from finishing its processing.  Sales has taken care of the problem this morning and should should have your information in your email box now.

Great guys. I got the e-mail this morning and its fine. Im at work now. I cant wait to get home and run the program. That G-pod window blind kicks A*%. Thanx for fixing the problem guys. I thought I was going crazy. Everything is A ok.
