The way Support works is you pose your question in the appropriate forum appropriate to which software you're having a problem with.
There is no telephone support.
Go here to create a ticket: https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4/group/14 Choose "Ask a question" and provide as much information as you can as order number etc. to get your W9 sent to you.

A W9... not a W4. W9 has EIN/TIN and is used for companies issuing a 1099 their contractors and vendors.

In the email you can request to discuss proposed business by phone, W9, AR person, whatever.
But, as I mentioned earlier, there's no published phone number for questions.
